CLAIM INFORMATION:

It helps to have the following information ready when you submit a claim
  • Your policy number
  • The date the loss happened
  • The policyholders name & address
  • A description of what happened
  • If possible, please include a telephone number where the company can contact you

TIPS:

  • Maintain all receipts or bills
  • Protect your property or vehicle from further damage
  • Contact your company with any questions.
  • Write down the name of the person and phone number handling your claim.
